FAQ
Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
Sign up and use the product for 14 days with the Starter plan limits. No card is needed. Subscribe from Settings before the trial ends to keep working; if you do not, the account becomes read-only and your data stays safe. Write to support whenever you want a full export.
What counts as a clinic location?
A branch with its own address, calendar, chairs and invoice series. Two rooms in the same premises are one clinic; a second branch across town is a second clinic.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade at any time and the difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, provided you are within the lower plan's limits.
Is GST charged on the subscription?
Yes, GST at the applicable rate is added at checkout and a GST invoice for the subscription is issued to your billing email after every payment.
How do I pay?
Payments are processed by Razorpay and support UPI, cards and net banking. Yearly plans can also be paid by bank transfer; write to us for a proforma invoice.
