Dental OS started as the system we built to run our own practice after years of paper registers and spreadsheets. It now powers the clinic every day, and we are opening it up to other practices.
Our clinic tried the usual options: a desktop program that only worked on one computer, a spreadsheet the receptionist guarded, and a WhatsApp group for the doctors. Appointments were double-booked, invoices were retyped, and nobody could say what the day had collected until the cash was counted.
So we built what we needed: a live waiting-room board, a doctor-wise calendar, a patient record with tooth-wise treatment plans, and billing that produces a GST invoice in one click. It runs in the browser, works on the reception PC and on a phone in the chair, and keeps every branch on the same data.
Our mission is straightforward: give every dental practice in India, from a single chair to a multi-branch group, software that is easy enough to use on day one and dependable enough to run the business on.

Made inside a clinic
Every screen was first used at our own front desk and in our own chairs. If a feature slowed the clinic down, it did not ship.
Simple by default
Reception staff should be productive on day one without training. Depth is there for owners and doctors, but never in the way.
Your data, your rules
Patient records are sensitive. Data stays in India, is isolated per clinic, and can be exported by you at any time.
